More of Baby Rowan
We are having so much fun here in Arizona with the Porters! Baby Rowan is just so sweet and cute and tiny!! Sarah and Trent are such good sports for letting us invade their home and steal their baby all the time!! :) He's just so fun to snuggle!!! Grayson doesn't quite know what to think about him -- he gets a little worried when Ro cries -- but I think he's warming up to him! He was brave and got close enough to peek at him today, and even patted him very softly on the arm. SO cute!!! They're gonna be best buds soon here!!! :D Here are some more pics for you all to OO and AHH over :D
Nana and her newest grandson!!
Look at that teeny tiny little hand! Holding Poppa's finger! So sweet!
The proud grandparents!
The proud grandparents and both of their grandsons!!!
Peeking at and patting his cousin!! :D
Look at those lips!!
Snuggling with his daddy.
All snuggled up!!
How cute is he?! This is the outfit Gray came home from the hospital in -- he was very gracious to lend it to Rowan :) Rowan fits in it better -- it's a preemie outfit, so the little guy fits so nicely in it!! Oh, I just love this little guy!!

I'M AN AUNTIE!!!!
Meet my nephew, Rowan Bradley Porter!!! He was born this morning (April 13th) at almost 2am, he weighs 6 lbs 4 oz, and is 19 3/4 inches long!! He's just a liiiiiittle guy!! And he is SO friggin cute!!!!!!! He has lots of dark hair (how on earth did Sarah get the dark-haired kid, and *I* got the blondie?!?!?!), and biiiiig beautiful eyes! And the cutest lips!! He looks a lot like his daddy, but he definitely has the Lowe nose!!!!!!!! :D
My mom, dad, Grayson, and I flew down here (to Arizona) as soon as we could, to help out with the baby. We were going to try to make it for the delivery, but Sarah's water broke last night AFTER the last flight of the night, and was so efficient at her laboring that she had him after only 6 hours!!!! Lucky duck. :P She almost made it all the way without pain meds, for which she is my hero! Trent took very good care of her for us, and she did very well!! They sure made one cute kiddo!!! Grayson hasn't met him quite yet, because they don't allow kids on the maternity unit unless they're siblings. But when baby Ro comes home from the hospital, Gray will get to meet his cousin, and I will post pictures of that momentous occasion as well :)
Congrats, sis!!! You done good!!
(check out the awesome mullet! He has already been given the nickname "Mullet Man" -- poor little kid!! hehe)

Grayson Baby
Here are some new pics of my cutest boy! :)
This is Gray when Steve was gone on his business trip. He walked around all day saying "Dada? Daaaa daaa! Dadddddyyyyy??" and looking for him EVERYWHERE! He was so sad when he couldn't find him!! He started screaming and would NOT be consoled! Poor little guy!!! :(
This is the cute Spring block decoration I got at April's boutique!! So cute, huh!!!
Gray found his Easter basket and the Easter book inside -- and immediately sat down and "read" it like ten times. He loves books!
He then carried the book around in the Easter basket allllll day long!!!! He loves anything with handles! :) It's going to be so fun to see him do an Easter egg hunt!! :)
He also found the egg basket decoration -- he carried that around forever, too. I just love the look on his face!!
Look at those gorgeous eyes!!!! I just love this little face!!!
This is what I found one day when I was doing the dishes, and I let Gray have his run of the house. It suddenly turned very quiet, and I knew something was up. Something is ALWAYS up when it gets quiet. I went into the front room, and he had pulled EVERY single thing out of the diaper bag. He was quite proud of himself, and very happy.
I love this little outfit of his -- such a big boy! I love the awesome robot shirt!! And the Lucky jeans my mom gave him :) And the high-tops!!
This is his new thing -- when you ask him a question, he over-exaggerates a huge nod -- throws his head wayyy back then all all the way forward. Guess it's not as funny in a picture, but it's pretty darn cute in person! His cheeks are adorable in the pic though :)
Gray talking. He talks constantly. Only shuts up when he's getting into something he knows he's not supposed to be getting into! (Such as the aforementioned diaper bag!)
What a stud!
Gray with his ever-present elephant toy. For those of you who remember the lobster, I am happy to report that the ugly thing has been blessedly replaced by a MUCH cuter toy! He still likes the lobster, but no longer totes it around everywhere with him. He now carries this little elephant around everywhere he goes -- it's in his hand from the second he wakes up until he falls asleep at night. It's much more portable than the lobster, easier for his little hand to hold, and lots cuter :) So we're both happy! :)
Gotta love the huge smiles!
Well, those are some pretty darn random pics, but they're what I have for now, so they're what you get :) Nothing exciting is going on in our lives right now -- just waiting for my sister to have her baby so Gray and I can fly out there to help her out! I'm so excited, I can't even tell you! It's my very first nephew!! I'm gonna be an Auntie!!! :) I've even got my bag all packed and everything! Ready for that call, then I'm on that plane so fast!!! :) Just waiting on YOU, Sarah!! Ready when you are :) Tee hee hee :)

Fun Times in the Bumbo!!
Gray and I had lots of fun today! Steve is in California this whole week for work -- so I've had to get pretty creative with things to do to keep us entertained. I've been experimenting a lot with the foods I feed Grayson, and re-trying a lot of foods he hasn't liked before. Today we re-tried peas and scrambled eggs -- and he actually ate them! I've tried the eggs SO many times -- because seriously, isn't that an automatic kid-favorite?? I was so excited, I had to take pictures to prove it. He ate a whole egg, and I was very pleased! Also, this is his new bib -- I really like it! It has a nifty little pouch at the bottom to catch all the food he drops -- which HE likes cuz then he just picks it back up out of the pouch! The regular straight bibs just let everything roll down them and onto his lap. Yuck. So I love that there is less mess with this one! I also got a placemat just like this, too -- same material, same pouch that hangs off the end of the table -- I took it out to eat the other night and it was so nice to not have to worry about wiping down the table with Lysol wipes, or trying to make him keep his plate on the table. I just suction-cupped (is that a word? Is now!) the mat to the table and put his food right on top of it, and he liked it! Me, too! Good purchases, I'm quite pleased! (The bib and mat are from onestepahead.com -- I love that site)

Then we played with markers for the first time! I bought these specially-shaped toddler markers on clearance at Walmart a while ago, and I was excited to break them out! He kinda didn't know what to do with them at first, but then he got the hang of it! He liked to spin them around more than he liked to draw with them, though. And he ended up getting more marker on his hands and shirt than he did on the paper. But it was fun, and it kept us both entertained for a good 20 minutes! :) (also, check out all the bumps, bruises, and scrapes on his face in this first pic -- he is SUCH a boy!)

Cute swimsuits!!!
Look at these cute swimsuits I found online!! The store is called Lime Ricki (for some reason, my internet isn't letting me post a link -- but the site is http://www.limericki.com)-- and all their suits are MODEST!!!!!! I have always had such a hard time finding a suit with a high enough neckline :S but these seem like they'd be perfect! These are just SOME of my favorites -- I like almost every one of their suits! Which one do YOU like??

Time for a Hair Cut!
Steve cut baby Gray's hair before he left on his business trip! I've trimmed the sides quite a few times, but this time, I decided it was getting WAY too shaggy, so we cut it all!!! Steve is much more experienced than I when it comes to the electric shaver, so I opted to have HIM do it :) He did a very good job, don't you think?!
