Happy Easter!

Here are some pictures from our Easter morning before church:

Me and my sweet baby T --he's getting so big!!! And can you see my beautiful pink tree out the window? I love it!

I made Grayson's and Thatcher's bow ties -- they were pretty cute, if I do say so myself!

Daddy and his boys (Gray is always wanting me to take pictures of Ellie -- ha!)

Aw I love my boys!

This was right after I made Gray wear his nice corduroy pants when he wanted to wear his "blue pants" -- aka his jeans. He's getting quite oppinionated abouteverything, wardrobe included, so he was really mad at me.  He had to have his new elephant (on his right), and Thatcher's new rhino (his left) to make him stop screaming/crying. (Thatcher is very nice to share his rhino with Gray). My mom got those for the boys for their Easter presents -- they're adorable!!!
We had Easter dinner at my parents' house on Sunday, and I didn't take any pictures. But it was delicious as always, and we had a lot of fun.

On Monday night, we went over to Steve's parents' house for dinner and Easter baskets -- so fun!
Gray with his basket

He found Thatcher's basket, too

Thatcher got this soft, fuzzy horse, which he very kindly shared with Grayson :)
Grayson got this super fun Thomas play set! He loves it, and played with it all night

"choo chooooo!"

Gram got Thatcher snuggles :)
Steve and I got some fun goodies in our baskets, too -- which again I didn't take pictures of.  Gray also got some new books that he loves, especiall a "5 Green and Speckled Frogs" book that he made Grandpa sing about 10 times for him -- and made Steve and me sing another 3 times at home.  We have a new favorite :)

Thank you to everyone that made our Easter so festive! We love you all!

Brotherly Love

I love how much Grayson and Thatcher adore each other! Gray is always giving T hugs and kisses, and acting silly for him so he'll smile.  T is ALWAYS watching Gray, and coos and smiles at him all the time.  I hope this is the beginning of a life-long friendship :)

Thatcher's Blessing

Sunday was Thatcher's blessing.  Steve gave him a beautiful blessing, and we were so grateful to have some of our friends and family there to celebrate with us! Thank you to everyone who came, and we missed those who couldn't make it!
Sweet baby T -- look at those sweet baby blues :)

With his proud daddy

Don't mind the closed eyes -- this pic was the best I had to show his outfit! It was his cousin Rowan's blessing outfit, too -- so cute! I made his little newsboy hat so he had something of his own.

I love my little family!!!!

Proud momma :)

My two favorite little boys! Aren't they so cute?!

Daddy and his big boy Gray -- aren't they so handsome?!

Rowan wanted his picture taken, too. :)

Thatcher is 3 Months Old

My sweet Baby T is 3 months old! Here are some new pics of the chubby little guy :)

(I can't decide -- which is better: the little sign? or the onesie sticker??)

Look at those big baby blues!!!

He loves the hedgehog I made him :)

I LOVE THE CHEEKS! And that double chin!! Too cute!

Smirking at something Grayson is doing

Thatcher is so much fun! He is so chill -- just goes with the flow. He smiles so big, and is starting to laugh -- no little baby giggles, either -- it's a big "HAH! HAH!" -- very funny. He loves watching Grayson and Ollie, but his very favorite person is his daddy. He is very strong, and can pretty much support his own weight while sitting and even standing for a few seconds. He eats like a champ, and is getting lots of chub :) He usually sleeps about 6 hours at night (YAY), except when he's building my milk supply up and thinks he needs to eat every 3 hours. He loves to snuggle, and *I* love to snuggle HIM! He is such a little sweetheart, and such a fun part of our lives.

Gray's Annual Haircut

Grayson is terrified of getting his hair cut.  I mean scream-like-he's-getting-a-limb-cut-off terrified.  Therefore, we don't really cut his hair. But it was getting out of control. So I held the poor child and did my best to distract him with games on my iPhone, while Steve buzzed his hair off.  As quickly as possible -- therefore, it's nothing fancy.  But he looks pretty darn cute!
He looks so much older now! And his big blue eyes stand out even more :)

Here's what it looked like a few days ago (we were making cupcakes for his daddy's birthday)

Here's all the hair we cut off.  Wow.

He was pretty happy once it was all over.  We gave him a sucker for being such a good boy (he really did TRY).

Now every time he sees himself in the mirror, he does a double-take, rubs his head, and says, "Fuzzy!"

I have to say, I kind of miss his mop-top!  But he never let me style it, and it was always in his eyes. He's a handsome boy either way :)

Thatcher's Room

I finally finished the projects I've been working on for Thatcher's room! I crocheted his name and hung it on the wall over his crib, and I also made him a mobile of forest animals. They definitely look home-made, but I think they turned out pretty cute!

Thatcher loves the mobile -- he smiles and kicks his feet while he watches it -- and now he's cooing and 'HAH!'-ing at it, too :)

Here's a close-up of his name.  I wanted his name on the wall, but since it was going over the crib, I didn't want to buy heavy wooden letters that could fall on him. So I crocheted some -- I made them up as I went along, so they're not perfect.

I wrapped a wreath form in yarn for the ring. I liked these colors together.

I also made up these little mini animals -- they're all animals that are on his crib bedding.  Here's the bear.

The deer.

The owl.

The fox.

and the hedgehog.
Here's what T sees :)

We still need to paint the walls (I'm such a procrastinator), and then I'm going to put some vinyl on the wall. But other than that, I think I'm almost done with T's room! (yeahhhh, he's almost 3 months old.  I'm slow)
