There are three new posts today for your enjoyment! I have more pictures to post, but unfortunately, Grayson is now awake from his nap, and is demanding to be entertained! So I will post them later :) But enjoy the three that I got done!

Daddy & Me

My cute boys! Oh I love them!! Steve and Grayson are wearing their Oka shirts, so I had to take pictures of them! (for those of you who don't know, Steve is adopted, and his mom is Japanese! Her maiden name is Oka -- her whole side of the family got these shirts. The front is the Japanese writing for "Oka", then the back says "Oka" and has a jade tree). I'm wearing one, too, but as I was taking the pictures, you cannot see it. You're not missing anything. It looks exactly the same as theirs :) These two are the cutest anyway!!

Baby carrier!

Steve and I have been doing a lot of yardwork lately, and that is quite a hard task when you have a 5-month-old that thinks Mama has to hold him every second of the day!! Baby carrier to the rescue! Gray (usually) loves being in the baby wrap -- I'm still holding him, right?! But I usually strap him to my front, with him facing out. Well, that would not work with the yardwork, so I decided to try strapping him to my back (this is the great thing about the wraps -- you can strap him however you want to!!). We started out right...........But Gray was very wiggly, as always, and I was bending over and twisting a lot, AND I couldn't see him! So all the sudden, Steve starts laughing and says "Wait! Let me get the camera!", then takes these pictures! He just told me Grayson was asleep and so cute! Gray still felt pretty secure, though I could tell he was a little lower on my back! So I kept working, all the while not knowing that Gray was like this!!

Thanks, Steve, for not telling me! He thought it was so funny! I didn't know until I saw the pictures that he was so close to falling out!! And smooshed! Look at his poor fat cheeks!! But he slept for quite a while, so it must have not been too uncomfortable! And he didn't fall, so it was all okay! And it made for some pretty funny pictures! :)

Holding his own

When I'm at work or away, Steve gives Grayson a bottle of pumped milk. This isn't often, so Steve was surprised when the last time he fed him, Gray grabbed the bottle and fed himself! How did he just learn this all the sudden -- out of the blue?! Smart little bugger :)
After he was done, Gray put the bottle 'away' then went to sleep! Hehe, I'm so funny! That was Steve's handiwork, actually! But a very cute picture!! :)

My Sweet Boys!

For all of you who think we're crazy for having a pit bull when we have a little baby -- look how incredibly sweet he is! I thought it was so adorable finding him snuggling with Gray last night! (Please forgive the messy bed/room! :S) Ollie is so sweet with baby Grayson -- he's very protective and snuggly -- and has never once shown any aggression towards him! He's actually kind of his second mother -- he 'frets' when the baby cries, and will actually come get me if I don't go pick the baby up right away when he fusses. Then he has to lick whatever part of him he can get to -- trying to comfort the little guy! SO SWEET! I love my boys!! :)

The Cutest Bum in the World!

WARNING -- CONTAINS NUDITY!!!!!!!!!! :)

This is after Grayson's kiddie pool adventure -- we layed him on a blanket in the grass and just let him be naked for a bit -- he of course rolled himself over and was so incredibly cute we took tons of pictures! (The little red marks on his nose/under his eyes are from his sunglasses -- we didn't have them on quite right -- poor little guy!) But aren't these the absolute cutest pictures ever?! I love them!!!

Swimming Fun Times!

Grayson's Grandma and Grandpa Wayment bought him a little kiddie pool, so we decided to try it out a little while ago on a hot hot day! Look how cute baby Gray is in his swimming outfit! Steve made fun of me because I had to put his shirt, hat, water socks, AND sunglasses on (along with a ton of sunscreen, of course) -- but I can't help it! I'm a paranoid momma/heard-too-many-horror-stories-nurse! And his soft little baby skin is too sweet -- I can't let him get sunburned!! Grayson was a good sport about it all, though, and loved getting in the water!! He LOVES to splash and has the best time! And we found yet another reason to love his Bumbo -- great water floaty :)

Fun in a Box!!

Steve has a thing with fitting things in boxes. So one day, I had just thrown an empty Pampers box down the stairs for me to take out the next time I was down there -- and Steve walks down there with Grayson, thinks to himself, "Hmmm, I bet the baby would fit in there", and promptly puts him in the box. Grayson was a bit confused at first (as was the dog) but eventually liked it! Of course I had to take pictures :)

Four Months Old!

Ok, so my computer hasn't been working right lately, so I couldn't get some of the newest pics up -- I'll post them soon (I have a lot, so I won't do them all tonight!!) But I just realized, too, that I haven't updated you all on the latest Grayson stats (I know you're all waiting anxiously for them!)
Gray is 17 1/2# (85%), 27 1/2 inches(98%)!! He's a CHUB!!! I love it! And remember the doctor's previous comment about me being a 'good cow'? I am now the 'jersey queen' of all cows!!! Hahahaha!! Gray is rolling over both ways now (without being startled when he does it now) :), he can sit up by himself if he leans forward a little, he loves to eat his toes, he's got the hand-eye-mouth coordination down (he can grab anything he sees, and can get it right into his mouth) -- he got the sacrament cup from the tray the other day --whoops!!!-- I wasn't ready for that one! And he smiles and giggles alllll the time -- which I LOOOOOVE! His new favorite thing is when I blow raspberries on his tummy when I change him -- he starts giggling even before I get to his tummy! Oh goodness I love this little guy! :)

Silly Uncle JD!

My brother JD is always wanting to feed Grayson things he's not supposed to have!! Apparently, when we were at my mom's house for dinner, and I was helping my mom in the kitchen, JD decided to sneak Gray some of his juice! Steve captured these pictures as evidence of his crime. Haha! Apparently, Grayson really was trying to get some of the juice, but couldn't quite figure out the cup thing -- he just ended up licking the rim of the cup! But still! Bad JD!!!! :)

Memories Tag

Everyone is having this on their blogs -- my turn now :)

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses.

Baby Avatar

This is for Derek & Harmony (they're probably the only ones that will get this): Steve found this arrow sticker somewhere on a box or something, so we put it on Gray's head and called him the Avatar. Ollie pretended he was Apa and we put Gray on his back and said "Yip, yip!". Unfortunately, this didn't last long, and we didn't get a picture of that, but it was hilarious, nonetheless.

Yummy Toes!

Grayson has recently discovered the wonders of his toes! He holds them all the time, and gets them into his mouth whenever he can! I know all babies do this, but give me a break -- he's my first one, and I think it's the cutest thing ever! ;)
